The Circle

Il cerchio, forma perfetta, forma femminile, dall'alba dell'umanità simbolo di armonia, di equilibrio e di ciclicità, come un cordone ombelicale lega profondamente il nostro essere con i cicli della natura, della vita, del mondo femminile e della luna, di cui ne ricorda la forma.

Forma che non ha inizio, ne fine, un portale quindi che ci introduce in una dimensione senza spazio, senza tempo, all'infinito e all'eterno, il mitico Uroboros, il serpente che si morde la coda formando un cerchio, il cerchio dell'eterno ritorno.

Forma che ben si armonizza e sintetizzza le curve eleganti, dolci e sensuali del corpo femminile, ci parla dell'interiorità, dell'anima e del mondo spirituale, in contrapposizione con il quadrato, altra forma arcana che ci riporta all'opposto, alla materia, al maschile, al mondo concreto.

Il cerchio, che traccia attorno a noi uno spazio protettivo, interiore, all'interno del quale rifugiarsi, per ritrovarsi in pace ed in armonia, protetti dalle interferenze del mondo esterno: uno spazio segreto, tutto nostro, uno spazio magico !

L'unione degli opposti, sensualità e spiritualità, il tutto e il nulla, ogni punto equidistante dal suo antagonista, ogni opposto necessario all'altro. Nell'insieme nasce la bellezza e l'equilibrio, e nella bellezza ritroviamo un riflesso dell'inconoscibile Verità.

The circle, perfect shape, female shape, since the dawn of humanity symbol of harmony, balance and cyclicality, like an umbilical cord deeply binds our being with the cycles of nature, life, the female world and the moon, whose shape it remembers.

A form that has no beginning or end, a portal therefore that introduces us to a dimension without space, timeless, infinity and eternity, the mythical Uroboros, the snake that bites its tail forming a circle, the circle of eternal return.

Shape that harmonizes well and synthesizes the elegant, sweet and sensual curves of the female body, it speaks to us of the interiority, of the soul and of the spiritual world, in contrast with the square, another arcane form that brings us back to the opposite, to the material , to the masculine, to the concrete world.

The circle, which traces around us a protective, interior space, within which to take refuge, to find oneself in peace and harmony, protected from the interference of the outside world: a secret space, all ours, a magical space!

The union of opposites, sensuality and spirituality, everything and nothing, every point equidistant from its antagonist, every necessary opposite to the other. On the whole, beauty and balance are born, and in beauty we find a reflection of the unknowable Truth.
